HOW OUR MACHINES ARE SENT TO YOU

The terms of each machine purchase are defined and provided to the customer by quotation, which include price of the machine(s) any applicable taxes, and shipping charges.  Upon receiving signed approval of the quotation from the customer and payment of the charges defined in the quotation, Texmac will deliver the machine(s) to the customer as arranged between Texmac and the customer.  Delivery is most commonly arranged via insured motor freight, with tracking information provided to the customer once shipment has begun. Alternate means of delivery may also be arranged, as agreed upon between Texmac and the customer, including customer-provided carrier or customer pickup from Texmac Inc or an approved Texmac location. Tracking information will be provided to the customer 

Machines are generally shipped from TEXMAC Inc, 3001 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28208.
