Returns and Refunds Policy

Enumerated on this page are the circumstances under which a customer may return goods purchased from Texmac, and subsequently, the procedure for the return of such goods.

  1. Non-Conforming Good(s)
    • Seller ships the wrong item(s)
      • Claims relating to non-conforming item(s) shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof. Buyer’s failure to give Seller written notice within the applicable time period shall constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim
      • All claims will be evaluated by Seller and any returns must be authorized by Seller
      • Seller will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which needs to be included on the return package and paperwork.
      • The returned item(s) must be complete, in new condition and in the original packaging
      • The return freight terms are “Prepaid”. The amount will be credited towards a future order.
      • After Seller received the non-conforming item(s) and confirms the non-conformity, condition and packaging, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
    • Buyer orders the wrong item(s)
      • Claims relating to non-conforming item(s) shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof. Buyer’s failure to give Seller written notice within the applicable time period shall constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim.
      • All claims will be evaluated by Seller and any returns must be authorized by Seller
      • Seller will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which needs to be included on the return package and paperwork
      • The returned item(s) must be complete, in new condition and in the original packaging.
      • The return freight terms are “Prepaid”.
      • After Seller received the non-conforming item(s) and confirms the non-conformity, condition and packaging, a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days.


  2. Warranty Issue(s)

    • The Seller warrants and agrees that it will replace or repair FOB its plant or at Buyer’s location, at the sole option of Seller, the item(s) set forth above which, under normal and proper use, prove defective in materials or workmanship. Any modifications made by the Buyer to the herein specified item(s) shall void this warranty unless approved in writing by the Seller prior to modification.
    • Claims relating to warranty issues shall be made within ninety (90) days after receipt thereof. Buyer’s failure to give Seller written notice of such alleged defect within the applicable time period shall constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim.
    • All claims will be evaluated by Seller, and Buyer, if requested, will return the defective item(s) to Seller’s and/or manufacturer’s plant for inspection.
    • Seller will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which needs to be included on the return package and paperwork.
    • The return freight terms are “Prepaid”.
    • After Seller received the alleged defective item(s) and confirms the warranty claim, a replacement part will be shipped to Buyer, and the prepaid freight amount will be credited to a future order.


  3. Cancellation by Buyer for Convenience

    • Requests for “Cancellation for Convenience” shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of goods. Buyer’s failure to give Seller written notice within the applicable time shall constitute an absolute and unconditional acceptance of goods.
    • All requests will be evaluated by Seller and any returns must be authorized by Seller.
    • Seller will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which needs to be included on the return package and paperwork
    • The returned item(s) must be complete, in new condition and in the original packaging.
    • The return freight terms are “Prepaid”.
    • After Seller received item(s) and confirms the condition and packaging, a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days.


  4. Cancellation by Seller for Cause
    • In the event payment terms are not met by the Buyer, Buyer will immediately return the item(s) to Seller upon receiving written demand from Seller.
    • Seller will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which needs to be included on the return package and paperwork
    • The returned item(s) must be complete, in new condition and in the original packaging.
    • The return freight terms are “Prepaid”.
