TEXMAC SERVICE COVERAGE

I’ve used Happy multi needles for several years. Not sure what year we purchased my first one but it was a long time ago. I decided I wanted a new one. A few months back we purchased the HCS2-1201-30. It’s unreal what all it can do!! Automation 1st class!!

I purchased a used 12 needle Voyager, and decided I needed a little support to learn and spent Friday in a class with Rene Rosales, what a great teacher. There was no question he couldn't answer and he went way above what I expected to make sure I left with a good understanding of my machine.

I have had my machine for about three years and it still stitches like a boss!! My daughter has now learned to love it and has started quite the business. The support and help from tec support and the help I get from purchasing supplies have been nothing short of a great and professional experience! I tell everyone I meet about these great machines!

I purchased the 12 needle Happy machine at the Everything Appliqué Conference in Asheville 8 days ago. It was delivered 2 days after I returned home. It is amazing, I just love it. My Granddaughter also purchased a Happy machine. I know this is a purchase neither one of us will ever regret. We both are in love with out machines. Thank you so much Len!
