HCT series digital tension
Digital Tension system for HappyJapan HCT-Series

Check out these great benefits

HCT series digital tension

Digital Tension System Changes the Game

  • HCT-series' DTS greatly simplifies this critical setting for production embroidery. This makes it easier and faster for operators at just about any experience level to produce high quality embroidery like a seasoned pro!

Digital Presser Foot, Auto fabric thickness detection

  • The HCT series' smart presser foot system dynamically optimizes the presser foot stroke for constantly changing conditions and different fabric thicknesses. This allows the machine to embroider effortlessly on a very wide variety of materials with little to no operator input.

Easy Touchscreen Control Panel

  • The large, 10.4” touchscreen control panel is intuitively laid out, requiring an absolute minimum of button presses to accomplish the most common tasks. Key functions for setting up and running designs are found on the main screen, requiring no menu-diving. Operators love the HCT-series multi-heads from HappyJapan - the user-friendliness reduces training time while boosting production and profitability!
slim profile, picker-less sewing arm

Slim Profile, picker-less sewing arm

  • The new cylinder arm is much smaller in diameter over previous models. This facilitates embroidery on narrower tubular goods such as shirt sleeves, pockets, gloves, and more. Its keeper-less design enables smoother thread changes.
HCT upper thread feed system

Simplified upper thread feed system

  • Continuous tubes run from above the thread cones all the way to the top of the sewing head, allowing threading to be done instantaneously with compressed air - a huge time saver when threading or changing colors.
HCT improved frame sash thickness

Heavier-Duty Frame Connection Sash

  • Frame sash thickness has been upgraded to increase durability and reduce vibration. This enables embroidery at the extremely high sewing speeds that the HCT-series is capable of.
